Google new Quality guidlines

So I was reading this thread (I dont really like that forum because it is so bureaucratic and people are so up themselves there so I added no follow tag... hahaha!) about google rewriting the googley guidlines......... oh yeah! I guess there goes the secret 1 page websites were aliens post about secrets of the universe and disappear not to post on the site again.. I guess there goes government whistler blowers telling you important information..... anonymously.
Honestly I think google is a stupid monopoly and evil.. this new E.A.T things obviously only benefits huge companies and beats down the small guys and not SPAM one bit... as I am writing this I am scared that my blog spot account will suddenly disappear but this is my opinion guys!

what to do?

Right now. Its not negative seo as you may know it but rather its negatively impacting my website.

A hacker/spammer has some how and for some odd reason been for the past couple of days (along with other excerpts form other peoples websites) has been shoving my content on hacked pages thousands of them.. no links to my site... but on google if you search for my brand name dozens of hacked pages and spam appear below and if you search for extracts from my product descriptions I appear on page 2 and the hacked pages are above me...

They have ripped my home page content and multiple product descriptions.... and the best part is that I do not sell oakley glasses or stupid fake handbags and they are using my content when its totally irrelevant. 

Need help with my schema markup

Google has been going around manually taking out (penalizing) websites that are doing rich snippet spam so it is important I get things perfect for my site.

I heard that you are not allowed to use schema for things not visible on the page... but

Is this correct markup... or will the

 <div itemprop="aggregateRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/AggregateRating" />

and the other divs be seen as hidden content and google will penalize me for it. All the data correlates with my actual product page info but I dont like assuming anything as google takes no prisoners and seems to like collateral damage.
Also using the google schema markup tool to look at how google would display my product page in the search result shows that google wants to show the review rating but not the actual product price? Annoyingly google doesn't tell you whether how you have markup stuff is acceptable or not it just reads the code and prints out... not whether your doing it the "spammy" way or the right way.


*I dont have anything in the actual body of my page marked up.

*If people arnt 100% sure if this is correct id rather get rid of schemea entirely.. does anyone know how I could disable schema on the all in one seo extension?

How to 404 all urls from sub directory?

Hello,

I have wordpress on my site and some moron (before I owned the doamin) hacked the previous owners and put the rubbish usual hacked links on the domain and spammed them... the domains really great if it wasnt for that. anyway I have wordpress installed on the site and these hacked pages used to be on urls in /?/ like so.. I cannot ignore this problem because on these urls wordpress is stupidly showing homepage content and not a 404 because of this ? my question is how do I block 404 or hopefully totally gone error these pages

I tried just uplaoding a wordpress site to /? but godaddy installatron didnt let me... can some one help!

Oh yes

something to not is that I cannot access my godaddy ftp properly... godaddy just shows me ftpquota and that is it. If i try and upload a htaccess on the root I just break the entire site totally with 500 internal errors and I have been messing around for hours just trying to get my wordpress site back up... in the end I had to reset the whole hosting account because deleting everything didnt help. So this means that I can only upload to the /?/ folder...... thanks godaddy.

Any help would be really appreciated.

500 Internal errors keep popping up on godaddy hosting!

Can some one please help me... godaddy is being stupidly useless. My website is totally broken. I had a WordPress site on it and tried changing the htaccess through godaddy file manager as logging in through filezilla didn't work and didnt display any files or folders apart from ftpquota... anyway after making a few alterations I started getting 500 internal errors... I undid the changes I made, I even deleted the htaccess file completely but the 500 internal error spersisted.. next I decided to uninstall wordpress and start from scratch however installatron gives me a error 

"PHP for the selected domain has failed.Installatron is unable to install to a domain where PHP is not working.Your hosting provider can help you resolve this error.Error code: 1; HTTP code: 500"

even if I upload a simple html file now through the ftp it doesnt let me access it through the browse as it gives me a 500 internal error message.

-I know that this is a godaddy problem for sure and not a wordpress one because if I try installing other software such as drupal I get the same error and the fact that I cannot even upload and see normal html files that are not even php files is not good... I am totally confused.. but I am certain that godaddy is the worst hosting ever. I will see what there support has got to help but if anyone else can help me then please do by commenting below!

Get running insoles and avoid plantar fasciitis and heel spurs too

 I just found out what I need for my poorly feet.. guess what I'm looking for are insoles here is what I found out.. hopefully you might find it useful. (I actually found out by matching up my symptoms what I had was plantar fasciitis..:( )
I find the best thing to avoid foot injuries when running is getting yourself some insoles designed for running, Not doing so my prove really bad and cause you to injure your self and even get plantar fasciitis and heel spurs as well and you really want to avoid getting that at all costs otherwise you maybe not be able to run for quite a long time and sometimes plantar fasciitis can even take years to heal properly as well. Reading this on heel spurs may help you better understand why. What running insoles do is protect your feet and make sure that they are protected from shocks and what have you when running.... Insoles are more important than what shoes you are wearing to I think anyway. Since I have started wearing insoles for running I have noticed that I can run a lot further and have no more aches and pain in my feet... It isn't a surprise though when you look at the flat insoles that do not support my fee tin my old shoes no wonder I was getting pain with those useless things.

got cramp in my feet

I finally fixed my foot cramp. Ive been having sever foot cramp these last couple of days. dunno what iv done to cause it.. maybe my feet are just getting weaker or something but I am no doctor so im only guessing. Literally I just had to move my toes only a little bit and BANG! I get foot cramp. However what I have started to do now is wear metatarsal pads in my shoes which are proving really effective! I wasn't just getting foot cramps but also under my heels because my work requires me to stand around alot and be on my feet for a bout 6 hours non stop under my heels start hurting because of the pressure.... Iv still not came up with a solution to stop this yet and if I have metatarsal pads in my shoes surely I cannot stuff even more foot care products in my shoes.. remember also reading somewhere if your shoes are too tight it can cause real problems and I dont want even more but im stuck do I go for the foot cramps or the pain under my heel.. or dont I have to make a compromise and there something I can wear that can treat both...? is there? anyone know? it would be great because i have had enough of this now! :) thanks

(I know some of you guys may say go see a specialist but I really cannot be bothered and I dont have the money to either.. we are not all rich ya know!

Dont trust health advise on the internet

Searching for something health related? Don't trust everything you read. I was trying to do some research today about growing taller...... im small you see and there jsut seems to be tons of spam everywhere I looked.

There is quite a lot of spam around on the search engines.. now if you search for something you will just find loads of spammy website.. I even consider Wikipedia spam now because most of what you read isn't true on that site... well it can be edited by anyone. If you are searching about something health related or a medical condition dont take everything you read as though it is a doctor opinion.. quite a lot of stuff on search engine snow is made by internet marketers trying to scam you out of your money. If you have a medical condition please go see a doctor rather than relying on the internet to provide you good answers... Some of the info you may reading can be dangerous take for example how to grow taller... a doctor would advise a few effective ways to help you increase your height which were safe for YOU but on the internet when you search for something like how to grow taller you are met by ways which may not be ideal for you personally and or can be really bad for your health like illegal human growth hormone pill selling websites and other scammer trying to sell you bad and unsafe way to help you be taller.... these immoral people are only after one thing and that is your money they are not even medical professionals...... just internet marketers that are good at seo and getting their website to rank in the search engines to nick desperate peoples cash! Something to help you appear taller!

I thought I would share something that would help out you small guy's like me (I suppose though that this maybe interesting to anyone even tall people as everyone wants to be a little bit taller and nobody is ever happy with their height am i right?). Super I finally did it I got taller.. but not from the conventional way of growing taller.. like stretching exercises or even just naturally growing taller on my own.. oh no. what I did was use some heel lifts to gey extra height! That right you can cheat.. well I did! I am actually quite honestly amazed at just how well it worked.. I gained 3 inches ontop of my height and I feel great now because I am so much taller than I used to be. The heel lifts are so comfortable and so cheap to... honestly if you dont believe me go try some for yourself and if your looking a easy and quick fix to height increase heel lifts are the only way I see that is both secret, fast and comfortable.. all other ways like wearing elevator shoes arent right.. because they can damage your feet with the way the elevated heel is made and are really quite obvious when it comes down to it.. you have a really tall heel which everyone can see and to top it off elevator shoes cost so much and in contrast heel lifts just cost £10 and you can put the insoles into whatever shoes you please quickly! I recommend them for sure! I first found out about these height increasing insoles by reading article after article on how to grow taller... there are a bunch of scammers out there that what you to either buy their ebook or eat their dangerous human growth hormone pills... it was only after searching through the spam I was able to find a good article on how to grow taller over on a website called berekely bubble (it kind of like a news website with topics on economics, politics tech and health quite cool really) If you want to know a little more about growing taller I suggest you head on over to their growing taller guide! It worked for me... even if you do call wearing height increasing insoles cheating the only one to know you are cheating is you!

I was wondering the other day as my feet started aching what insoles to buy to stop it.. I knew I had to swap my rubbish flat pair in my shoes before they did even more real damage and I ended up getting plantar fasciitis.. So this lead me to look online and try out some good insoles. This was the first time I bothered with getting some insoles because i NEVER REALLY THOUGHT THAT YOU NEEDED SOME. but IT REALLY SEEMS AS THOUGH YOU DO.. And after reading about horror story's online about how people ignored the fact that there feet where aching whilst they ran and ended up getting arthritis because of it really shocked me in getting a good pair for myself. So what should you buy? Well I found out that the best insoles to buy are the most affordable ones. You may think that expensive insoles will be better but the truth is that this is wrong.. Good insoles are made from materials which will shape and mold to the shape of your feet....because of the material they have been made from.. custom insoles are meant to do this (well that the whole idea of them) so what is the point of getting some custom ones if normal ones can do this just as well... save some money I say. Anyway I decided upon buying nuovahealth insoles! Nuovahealth insoles are second to non much better than any of their competitors.. nuova health is a new business as I gather but that doesn't mean they dont supply the best insoles in the business. Anyway I got my nuovahealth insoles are they really are super in fact I might buy some more who knows they are doing just fine at the moment and I have no complaints. Gsa search engine even has a feature now allowing you to mix up article sentences.. making auto content write redundant!!
